PHOTO COMING SOONABOUT OCEAN.
Ocean Kelly is an Atlanta-born rapper, producer, songwriter, and drag performer whose work moves between hip-hop, pop culture, and unapologetic self-expression. Known for sharp wordplay, humor, and high-energy performances, Ocean brings a distinctive creative identity to every record and visual.
Viral releases including “Wanda’s Cunty Vision” and “Into the Kunt of It!” helped introduce Ocean to audiences online. Beyond solo music, Ocean has worked with performers including Bob the Drag Queen and LaLa Ri, bringing songwriting, production, and featured performances into the world of drag and beyond.
Ocean’s music and creative work have reached television audiences through projects associated with HBO and VH1. The BLACK PAMELA era reflects Ocean’s love of bold character, genre-crossing sound, and striking visual storytelling, continuing with BLACK PAMELA 2 in 2026.
Whether onstage, behind the microphone, or producing for another artist, Ocean approaches music with the same goal: make something memorable that sounds like nobody else.
